Custom Mocha Frappuccino

This mocha Frappuccino is made according to your tastes, let your best judgement decide how much of each ingredient to use. You may have it perfect the first time or need a few tries to get it just perfect. The best part is that you can’t “ruin” a batch. Simply add more of the ingredients in your glass and stir to make it how you want it. For example: let’s say I just made this and poured some into my glass, but it it’s too thick, I will just add a bit more coffee or even some cream. Not chocolaty enough? Add some more chocolate syrup. Too runny? Add some more Ice and blend a little longer.

Ingredients:

  • Espresso (or strong brewed coffee if you do not have espresso), chilled.
  • Whipping cream (I use regular cream or half and half)
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Ice (cubed or crushed to make the blending a little easier on the machine)
  • Whipped topping and chocolate powder or syrup to garnish.

Directions:

  1. Add (your tastes will dictate how much to use) the espresso, whipping cream, chocolate syrup and Ice to your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with ship cream and chocolate syrup if desired.
